Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Site Supervision
Support day today site activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule.

Supervise construction works to ensure adherence to drawings, technical specifications,
and quality standards.

Monitor contractor performance and resolve site-level issues.

2. Project Planning & Monitoring

Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.

Track project progress and highlight delays or risks.

Support in preparation of DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and WPRs (Weekly Progress
Reports).

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure quality control checks are carried out regularly.

Report nonconformities and follow up on corrective actions.

Ensure implementation of safety protocols and site regulations.

4. Coordination & Communication





Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for material availability and work
execution.

Participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Act as a supporting link between site teams and project management.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project records including drawings, permits, checklists, and inspection reports.
Prepare measurement sheets for billing support.
Assist in documentation for audits and compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
