Job Title: STP/WTP Operator

Monthly Salary: ₹25,500

Educational Qualification:

- ITI or Diploma in relevant Engineering

Required Experience:

- More than 5 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
- Minimum 2 years of direct hands-on experience in the relevant domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operation and routine maintenance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
- Monitor water flow rates, chemical dosing systems, filtration processes, and effluent quality parameters to ensure optimal treatment standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, routine checks, and timely repairs on pumps, valves, blowers, motors, and associated water treatment equipment.
- Maintain accurate operational logbooks recording chemical consumption, flow readings, water quality test results, and maintenance activities.
- Handle sludge management, backwashing procedures, and filter cleaning according to established operating procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations, safety guidelines, and hazardous chemical handling protocols.

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
