About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Functional AI Tester who can design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI-powered applications, data pipelines, APIs, and software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in automation testing, ETL validation, SQL-based data analysis, and test framework development. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, functionality, and quality of AI-enabled and data-driven applications through robust testing practices and continuous quality assurance.

What You'll Do:

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and PyTest.
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for data-centric and reporting applications.
- Validate ETL processes, data transformations, and data quality using SQL and data validation techniques.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and database testing across multiple applications.
- Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Execute end-to-end testing of AI-powered and data-driven applications.
- Identify, track, prioritize, and report software defects through the defect lifecycle.




- Perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams to drive resolutions.
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Support testing activities for analytics platforms, AI models, reporting systems, and enterprise applications.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile testing activities.
- Continuously improve test automation coverage and testing efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality engineering standards, testing best practices, and release readiness criteria.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Python Automation Testing using PyTest for automation framework development and maintenance.
- ETL and Data Validation Testing for validating data pipelines, transformations, and business rules.
- Advanced SQL Querying, data validation, and data analysis techniques.
- Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing across enterprise-grade applications.
- API and Database Testing to validate application workflows and backend processes.
- Test Automation Framework Development and maintenance.
- Defect Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Quality Assurance best practices.
- Agile Testing methodologies and participation in Agile software development environments.
- Strong hands-on automation testing experience using Python and PyTest for building and maintaining automated testing solutions.
- Expertise in ETL/Data Testing and SQL to validate data ingestion, transformations, mappings, and overall data quality.
- Experience in planning, executing, and managing Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing activities.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled, analytics-driven, and data-intensive applications and their testing requirements.
- API testing concepts using tools such as Postman, REST APIs, and web services validation techniques.
- Database testing, data reconciliation, and data consistency verification methodologies.
- Test strategy creation, test planning,



effort estimation, and test execution reporting.
- Defect lifecycle management and collaboration with development teams for issue resolution.
- Agile methodologies including Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous testing practices.
- Data warehousing, reporting systems, cloud-based data platforms, and modern enterprise application architectures.
- Quality engineering principles, automation best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Experience validating business-critical applications with high standards of quality and reliability.
- Ability to mentor junior QA professionals and contribute to testing best practices.
