Role: TIBCO / MQ Infrastructure Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO / MQ Infrastructure Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in middleware infrastructure administration and strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments. The candidate will be responsible for infrastructure administration, capacity planning, server maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions to application teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support TIBCO and IBM MQ middleware infrastructure.
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of TIBCO/MQ environments.
- Manage middleware infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform capacity planning and infrastructure sizing based on application requirements.
- Handle server maintenance, patching, configuration changes, and infrastructure-related activities.
- Monitor middleware and server health using various infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, messaging, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Provide advanced administrative and production support.




- Work closely with application teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Automate repetitive administration and operational tasks wherever possible.
- Ensure availability, stability, and reliability of the middleware infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in TIBCO / IBM MQ administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux administration.
- Experience in middleware/infrastructure administration.
- Knowledge of server maintenance and capacity planning.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong knowledge of messaging infrastructure and middleware concepts.
- Ability to provide technical solutions and support to application teams.

Positive to Have:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of OpenShift / Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with automation/scripting such as Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
