Role Overview

Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a versatile IT & Soft Skills Trainer who can wear two hats — teaching practical computer skills and shaping trainees' personality, communication, and workplace-readiness. If you're someone who can switch between a tech classroom and an interactive soft skills session with equal ease, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

IT / Computer Training:

● Deliver training on computer fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet/email usage, and basic troubleshooting

● Conduct practical lab sessions along with theory classes

● Prepare trainee-friendly study material,



assignments, and assessments

Soft Skills Training:

● Conduct sessions on communication, personality development, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette

● Design interactive activities, role-plays, and group discussions

● Prepare trainees for mock interviews and improve their spoken English/confidence

Eligibility

● Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field; additional certification in Soft Skills/Communication Training preferred

● 1–3 years of experience in computer training, IT support, soft skills coaching, or similar

● Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic IT concepts

● Comfortable training in both Hindi and English

Pay: ₹11,843.65 - ₹35,985.91 per month
