Position: Production / Planning Executive

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certifications: Certifications in Production Planning, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Location: Savli Industrial Area, Manjusar, Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and inventory. The role is responsible for production planning, scheduling, inventory coordination, timely execution of production plans, and continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand.
- Coordinate material availability, manpower, and machine capacity for smooth production.
- Execute production schedules and monitor daily manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and schedule adherence.
- Review production reports, quality issues, and productivity KPIs.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve production delays and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
