- Manage and oversee the company’s UK student recruitment operations, including business development, university partnerships, and student enrolments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve UK student recruitment, application, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with UK universities, colleges, pathway providers, and recruitment partners.
- Manage the complete student recruitment process, from initial counselling and course selection to admission, fee payment, CAS, visa processing, and pre-departure support.
- Provide guidance to counsellors and team members on UK universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and UK student visa requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, university policies, and changes in UK education and visa regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the UK recruitment team to improve counselling quality, application conversion, and student enrolment performance.
- Review applications and ensure student documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with university and visa requirements.




- Coordinate with university admissions, compliance, and international recruitment teams to resolve application, CAS, credibility interview, and enrolment-related issues.
- Develop new recruitment channels and business opportunities through schools, colleges, agents, referrals, digital marketing, and local partnerships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare reports covering enquiries, applications, offers, deposits, CAS, visa outcomes, and enrolments.
- Handle escalated student and partner concerns and ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Represent the company at university meetings, education fairs, networking events, exhibitions, and recruitment activities.
- Ensure ethical recruitment practices, institutional requirements, and company policies are consistently followed.
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the company’s UK market and university partnership portfolio.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
