About the Role

Nova IVF Fertility is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing appointments, patient registration, call handling, and ensuring a smooth front office experience in an IVF healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients, visitors, and consultants with professionalism and empathy.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and manage doctor appointments and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and laboratory teams for smooth patient flow.
- Assist patients with registration forms and required documentation.
- Maintain front desk reports and ensure reception area is organized.




- Follow patient confidentiality and hospital SOPs at all times. South District, Delhi+1

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
- 0–8 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospital Front Desk
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer knowledge
