Event Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and creative Event Marketing Executive to plan, promote, and execute events that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business opportunities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful events and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities for events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract the target audience.
- Promote events through social media, email marketing, WhatsApp, calls, and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with vendors, event partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage event registrations, invitations, attendee communication, and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams for event promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential audiences, partners, and promotional opportunities.
- Support on-ground event activities, including setup, coordination, and guest management.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through events and networking activities.
- Maintain event-related databases, reports, budgets, and performance records.
- Collect feedback from attendees and prepare post-event reports.




- Monitor event performance and suggest improvements for future events.

- Willingness to travel and work on weekends or outside regular office hours when required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in event marketing, event management, sales, promotions, or a related role. Freshers with strong communication and organisational skills may also be considered.
