Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support our HR and recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build their career in Human Resources within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams during the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Assist with employee communication and HR-related queries.
- Support payroll-related data collection and coordination.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
