Job Summary
Finix Labels is seeking a Sales Executive for Pathanamthitta district to handle field sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market and supporting business growth across the assigned area.
Candidates with previous sales experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers through regular field visits
- Conduct customer meetings across Pathanamthitta district
- Generate new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on sales enquiries and customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
- Submit regular sales and field activity reports
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid interest in sales and customer interaction
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email
- Personal vehicle preferred for local travel
- Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer
Eligibility
- Graduates preferred
- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Freshers with a strong interest in field sales may also apply
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience
Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
