Job SummaryWe are seeking a polished, customer-centric, and goal-oriented THE VELLI SHOP Jewellery Retail Sales Executive to join our luxury showroom team. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, engaging high-end clientele, identifying their aesthetic preferences, and guiding them through purchasing fine gold, diamond, and platinum jewellery. This role demands high visual standard execution, impeccable trust-building communication, and a passion for hitting individual and store-level revenue targets.Key Responsibilities

- Sales Generation: Achieve monthly individual and showroom-level sales targets through relationship building and cross-selling.
- Customer Consultations: Greet clients warmly, understand their specific event or lifestyle requirements, and recommend suitable designs based on budget and personality.
- Product Education: Explain technical specifications confidently, including gold purity (karats), diamond quality (the 4Cs), gemstone authenticity, and local value additions/making charges.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive, safe, and organized counter display daily according to premium brand guidelines.
- Inventory Control:



Conduct routine opening and closing physical stock counts of high-value items within assigned counters to ensure absolute security.
- Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, price negotiations, or complaints calmly and professionally while strictly protecting product value.
- Clienteling & Retention: Follow up with regular patrons regarding special occasion reminders, private exhibitions, and updates on in-house Gold Savings Schemes.
- Transaction Management: Hand over transactions seamlessly to the billing and custom gift-wrapping departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or corporate jewellery sales.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a university degree is preferred. Specialised sales training or certifications in Gemology (GIA/IGI) is a major advantage.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, persuasive negotiation, and sharp observation skills.
- Grooming Standards: Exceptional personal presentation and qualified attire alignment matching an upscale retail environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic mathematics for evaluating bills, taxes, and gold calculations, along with familiarity with retail CRM software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work structured rotational shifts, weekends, and major festival shopping periods.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
