About Us:

At Mixtudio, we are a creative agency specializing in complete social media management for local brands and businesses. We provide a full spectrum of services to help brands grow and stand out—including video production, high-quality editing, motion graphics, and end-to-end content strategy. We are expanding our roster and looking for a hungry, results-driven salesperson to lead our client acquisition.

The Role:

This is a pure hunting role. Your job is to generate leads, get past the gatekeepers, and set up face-to-face meetings with business owners across Jaipur.

- Build and manage a daily pipeline of local business leads (cafes, clinics, jewelers, real estate, etc.).
- Conduct cold calls, walk-ins, and direct outreach to secure meetings.
- Pitch our premium monthly video retainers to decision-makers.
- Maintain relationships with closed clients to ensure retention and upselling.

Who We Are Looking For:

- A Hustler: You don't wait for inbound leads; you go out and find them.
- A Closer:



You know how to handle objections and communicate value over price.
- A Local: You know the Jaipur market, the premium business hubs, and how local owners operate.
- Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills and serious drive are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Perks:

This role is built for a performer who wants to scale their own income.

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹12,000 per month.
- Uncapped Commission: 10% to 15% on every closed deal, plus a recurring percentage for every monthly retainer you maintain.
