Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPL & conversions
- Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, keywords & campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Optimize Meta and Google campaigns based on performance data
- Manage retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the content and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads, Google Ads trends, strategies & platform updates
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels
- Knowledge of campaign optimization, retargeting, audience targeting & keyword research
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret campaign data
- Good understanding of ad creatives, copy and landing pages
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
