Position :: Finance Executive/Senior
Location :: NH-8, Near Fountain Hotel Junction, Sasunavghar, Mumbai
Experience :: 5+ Years.

Employment Type:* Full-time | Permanent
Salary :: Up to 7.5 LPA - 8 LPA (depends on interview and experience)

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end daily accounting transactions, including machinery sales, spare parts billing and inventory costs
* Track outstanding balances and proactively follow up on collections
* Verify and process vendor invoices and schedule timely payments
* Conduct regular customer, vendor and multi-bank reconciliations
* Verify supporting documents and process employee reimbursement vouchers
* Ensure accuracy and quality in recording financial transactions
* Manage GST and TDS compliance, including computation, verification and timely filing
* Handle statutory compliance under the Companies Act
* Manage EDPMS and IDPMS-related filings with banks




* Manage weekly employee reimbursement and vendor payments
* Ensure timely payment of TDS and GST
* Ensure timely deposits for PF, PT and ESIC
* Manage Customs Duty payments through ICEGATE
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes

### *Requirements*

✅ 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
✅ Proficiency in *Tally or Zoho Books*
✅ Excellent knowledge of *GST & TDS compliance*
✅ Experience in statutory compliance and banking-related processes
✅ Strong reconciliation and payment management skills
✅ Positive attention to detail and process orientation
