- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across all company locations.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely hiring for retail outlets and production unit,
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus hiring, and local recruitment drives.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure quality hiring within defined timelines.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to improve employee skills, productivity, and service standards.
- Conduct leadership, behavioural, and functional training sessions for employees and managers.
- Monitor employee performance during probation and recommend confirmation, extension, or further training.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, training records, manpower reports, and hiring analytics.




- Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements during recruitment and onboarding.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment and employee training, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, interviewing, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and training programs simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across company locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
