SENIOR CAPTAIN – F&B; SERVICE

Location: Munnar, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in F&B; Service / Hotel or Resort

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise restaurant service and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead and guide captains, stewards, and service staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests or complaints.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, grooming, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate food service.
- Take orders and assist guests with menu selections when required.
- Allocate duties and support the team during busy service periods.
- Ensure proper billing, POS procedures, and service equipment handling.
- Maintain hygiene and follow hotel/resort SOPs.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B; experience.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management ability.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
