Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Calls:

- Answer customer inquiries regarding Ayurvedic products, ingredients, usage, advantages, and pricing.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle order-related queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Convert inquiries into sales wherever possible.

2. Outbound Calls:

- Make proactive calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads.
- Promote Ayurvedic products, special offers, and wellness packages.
- Conduct sales calls to achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Follow up with previous customers for repeat orders and upselling.

3. Maintain accurate call logs, customer data, and update CRM systems.

4. Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

5. Stay updated on product knowledge, Ayurvedic principles, and company promotions.

6. Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.

7. Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel and maintain records in MS Office applications.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO,



or sales (experience in healthcare, FMCG, or Ayurvedic products is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language knowledge is a plus).
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering, and report preparation).
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer objections.
- Willingness to work in shifts (as per company requirements).

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience selling Ayurvedic, herbal, or wellness products.
- Knowledge of basic Ayurvedic concepts and common products.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
