Job Description

PRM & Company is looking for a Sales Officer for our OTC Pharmaceutical Division in Vadodara.

The Sales Officer will be responsible for increasing sales and market presence of our OTC products by developing strong relationships with medical stores, pharmacies, retailers, stockists, distributors, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

- Visit medical stores, pharmacies, retailers, distributors, and stockists on a regular basis.
- Promote and generate sales of the company's OTC pharmaceutical products.
- Generate orders from existing and new customers.
- Develop and expand the company's retail and distribution network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and trade partners.
- Introduce new products and explain product features and benefits.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Implement company promotional schemes, offers, and trade activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Collect and report market feedback,



customer requirements, and competitor information.
- Follow up regularly for repeat orders and business development.
- Coordinate with distributors and the head office for order processing and product supply.
- Maintain daily visit reports, order records, and customer information.
- Follow up on outstanding payments as per company guidelines.

Requirements

- Any Graduate & freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, FMCG, retail, or field sales will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
