Job Summary:
To manage day-to-day purchase activities for the transportation business, including vehicle spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, garage consumables, office requirements and other operational materials. The position is responsible for vendor coordination, competitive pricing, timely procurement, purchase documentation and cost control.

Purchase & Procurement

- Receive purchase requirements from Garage, Operations, Administration and other departments.
- Source required materials from approved and reliable vendors.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate price, quality, credit terms and delivery timelines.
- Prepare Purchase Orders as per company approval process.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Ensure materials are purchased as per required specifications.
- Purchase vehicle spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, engine oil, filters and other maintenance items.




- Procure garage tools, safety items and consumables.
- Maintain records of vehicle-wise and garage-wise purchases.
- Coordinate with Garage/Workshop for urgent vehicle requirements.
- Compare market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify vendor invoices against Purchase Orders, delivery challans and received materials.
- Coordinate with Stores/Garage and Accounts for invoice verification.
- Ensure proper documentation for all purchases.
- Track pending invoices and vendor payments.
- Maintain purchase files and records for audit purposes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
