Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced retired BMC professional to manage overall facility operations, maintenance, administration, and coordination for the property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day facility management and operations.
- Manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the building, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and other facility systems.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the premises.
- Handle facility-related complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Maintain facility records, maintenance schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate necessary support.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of facility and building management.




- Experience in administration and maintenance operations.
- Good knowledge of government procedures and local authority coordination.

- Good vendor and contractor management skills.
- Knowledge of safety and facility compliance.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
- Retired professional with prior experience in BMC / Municipal Corporation / Government facility operations preferred.
- Strong experience in facility management, administration, maintenance, or infrastructure management.

Preferred Experience:

- Retired professionals with experience in municipal administration, infrastructure, property maintenance, public facilities, or building management.
- Experience coordinating with government departments, contractors, and service providers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
