Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically robust Architect with 2–4 years of experience to handle the architectural planning and documentation requirements of multiple company projects.

The projects may include bungalows, guest houses, factories, restaurants, retail outlets, offices, commercial properties, renovations, and other developments across different locations.

This is primarily an office-based role. The Architect will work using measurements, site photographs, videos, existing drawings, layouts, and other information provided by the site team. Site visits may be required occasionally whenever physical verification, measurements, inspection, or project understanding is necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a modern and innovative approach to design and should understand the documentation, permissions, approvals, and clearances required for different types of projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Planning

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop designs for bungalows, guest houses, factories, restaurants, outlets, offices, and commercial spaces.
- Prepare practical, functional, aesthetically appealing, and cost-effective designs.
- Bring new and modern design ideas and approaches to company projects.
- Prepare conceptual layouts, 3D views, presentations, and design proposals as required.
- Modify and develop drawings based on management requirements.

2. Working with Site Information

- Receive and review site measurements, photographs, videos, existing drawings, layouts, and other information from the site/project team.
- Convert site measurements and information into accurate architectural drawings and plans.
- Identify missing information or measurements and coordinate with the concerned site person to obtain the same.
- Verify information wherever required through occasional site visits.
- Maintain proper project-wise drawings and records.

3. Project Documentation & Approvals

- Identify the documents, drawings, permissions, NOCs, and clearances required for different projects.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural documentation required for project approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, approval agencies, local authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain proper records of submitted and approved drawings and documents.




- Track approval requirements and pending documentation.
- Ensure that project documentation is properly organized and updated.

4. Coordination with Consultants & Site Teams

- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire, interior, and other consultants.
- Provide drawings and design information required by the site and execution teams.
- Review drawings received from consultants and identify coordination issues.
- Coordinate design changes and revisions between the office and site teams.
- Clarify architectural requirements to contractors and site personnel when required.

5. Multiple Project Handling

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain project-wise drawings, documents, revisions, and approvals.
- Track the status of each project and report important updates to management.
- Prioritize drawings and documentation according to project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned architectural work.

6. Renovation & Development Projects

- Prepare renovation and redevelopment concepts for existing properties.
- Analyze existing layouts and suggest improvements.
- Prepare space-planning solutions for restaurants, offices, guest houses, outlets, and other properties.
- Develop modern and practical solutions for upgrading existing spaces.

Required Knowledge

The candidate should have a good understanding of:

- Architectural planning and design
- Building planning and development regulations
- Local authority approval procedures
- Building permissions and statutory documentation
- Fire and safety requirements
- FSI/FAR, setbacks, building height, parking, etc.
- Project-specific NOCs and clearances
- Construction drawings and documentation
- Basic BOQ and estimation knowledge
- Construction materials and methods
- Coordination between architectural and engineering drawings

The candidate must be able to understand what documents, drawings, permissions, NOCs, and approvals may be required for different types of projects and coordinate their preparation and submission.





Software Skills

- AutoCAD – Required
- SketchUp / Revit – Preferred
- 3D modelling/rendering software – Preferred
- MS Office / Excel – Required
- Photoshop or similar design software – Advantage

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 2–4 years of professional experience.
- Experience working on multiple types of architectural projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and documentation.
- Good understanding of construction and project requirements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with a recent and modern approach to architecture and design.
- Comfortable working primarily from the office using information received from project/site teams.
- Willing to make occasional site visits when required.
- Willing to coordinate with external consultants, contractors, authorities, and project teams.

Role Expectation

This is primarily an office-based architectural role. The Architect will be responsible for converting project requirements and site information into professional designs, drawings, documentation, and approval-related work.

The candidate should be capable of handling the architectural requirements of a project from:

Requirement & Measurements → Concept & Design → Architectural Drawings → Consultant Coordination → Documentation & Approvals → Drawing Revisions → Execution Support

Regular site supervision is not the primary responsibility of this position, although occasional site visits may be required when necessary.
