Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AI, modern UI technologies, and Lit Web Components. The ideal candidate should be capable of coding, reviewing pull requests, mentoring developers, and building AI-powered user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI-powered UI experiences using Lit Web Components.
- Write clean, scalable code and conduct code reviews / PR reviews.
- Guide and mentor the development team on modern UI and AI-native development practices.
- Design and implement integrations with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
- Define best practices for modern frontend architecture and AI-driven UI patterns.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support ServiceNow platform development and integrations where required.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lit Web Components and modern frontend technologies.
- Robust knowledge of AI and AI-native UI development.
- Experience with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
- Strong coding, debugging, architecture, and code review skills.
- Excellent team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
