Offline Marketing Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 1+ years — real estate preferred

Employment: Full-time, work from office

Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for the company's real-estate projects.

Organize promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, property events and site-visit events.

Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, local businesses and other external partners.

Generate quality leads through offline/BTL marketing activities.

Coordinate with the sales team to support lead-generation and sales targets.

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Execute ATL/BTL activities to improve the company's brand visibility.





Coordinate with vendors and ensure proper execution of branding and promotional materials.

Travel as required for marketing activities, events and campaigns.

Required Skills

1+ years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in real estate.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship-management skills.

Negotiation and vendor-management ability.

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Willingness to travel for events and marketing activities.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
