- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assign leads and sales activities to team members and monitor progress.
- Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and important client interactions.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Support team members in converting leads and closing deals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training/coaching.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Identify challenges affecting sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of CRM/sales tracking systems.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team-handling or leadership role.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
