About the Role

Growquest Technology is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Upwork Bidder with 2+ year of experience in bidding and lead generation through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Upwork bidding, proposal writing, client communication, lead generation, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting compelling proposals, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork based on the company's services and expertise.
- Submit high-quality, customized proposals and bids to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals accordingly.
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable responses.
- Negotiate with clients regarding project scope, timelines, and commercials.
- Maintain and update records of submitted bids, leads, responses,



and conversions.
- Achieve monthly bidding, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities across freelancing platforms.

Requirements

- 2+ year of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding/business development.
- Good understanding of Upwork and its bidding process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal-writing and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective proposals.
- Experience in generating leads and converting them into business opportunities.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Experience in IT services, Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, or related services will be an added advantage.
