We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the brand presence of Magic Moments India in the events and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients including event planners, wedding planners, brands, corporates, and agencies.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, social media, field visits, and references.
- Present Magic Moments India services and event solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations and creative team for smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales, events, and client interaction.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
- Prior experience in sales, event industry, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
