CEO Desk Executive / Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years | Employment: Full-time

Department: CEO Office / Customer Relations

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO calendar, meetings, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.

Handle customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and escalations.

Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, Accounts, and other teams.

Maintain key customer relationships and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, trackers, presentations,



and updates.

Maintain customer records, documentation, and confidential information.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

2–5 years’ experience in CRM, executive coordination, sales coordination, MIS, or similar roles.

Excellent English communication and professional email/telephone etiquette.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP.

Strong coordination, follow-up, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Presentable, proactive, responsible, and customer-focused.
