Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled 3-Wheeler Vehicle Painting & Denting Technician responsible for vehicle body preparation, dent repair, surface treatment, primer application, sanding, and final painting. The candidate should be able to deliver high-quality finishing while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Base Work & Putty Application
- Prepare vehicle body surfaces for repair and painting.
- Apply putty evenly to damaged and uneven surfaces.
- Putty Sanding
- Sand putty surfaces to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.
- Ensure proper surface preparation before primer application.
- Denting Work
- Repair dents, bends, and minor body damage.
- Restore the original shape and alignment of vehicle body panels.
- Metal Primer Application
- Apply metal primer on exposed or repaired metal surfaces.
- Ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
- P.S. Primer Application
- Apply P.S. primer as per the required process.
- Maintain proper thickness and uniformity.
- Body Wash
- Clean and wash the vehicle body before further processing.
- Ensure the surface is free from dust, grease, oil,
and contaminants.
- Body Primer Sanding
- Sand the primed body surface properly.
- Identify and correct surface imperfections before painting.
- Final Painting
- Perform final painting using spray-painting equipment.
- Maintain proper paint shade, coverage, finish, and thickness.
- Ensure the final vehicle body meets required quality standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in 3-wheeler / automotive denting and painting.
- Knowledge of putty, primer, sanding, and painting processes.
- Ability to operate spray-painting equipment.
- Valuable understanding of automotive body repair and surface preparation.
- Ability to identify paint defects and surface imperfections.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and proper handling of painting materials.
Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience in automotive denting and painting.
Candidates with experience in 3-wheeler vehicle body work will be preferred.
