About the Role

Inexoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Odoo Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development and customization.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python and Odoo Framework knowledge and experience in developing custom modules, integrating APIs, and implementing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
- Develop custom workflows and business solutions based on client requirements.
- Customize standard Odoo modules and develop new features.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Work closely with functional consultants and project teams.
- Assist in Odoo ERP implementation and deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Odoo Development.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo Framework.




- Good understanding of PostgreSQL.
- Experience in Odoo custom module development and customization.
- Knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.
- Valuable knowledge of XML, JavaScript, and REST API integration.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Experience in Odoo ERP implementation projects is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Odoo migration and version upgrades will be an advantage.
