Position Overview

The Data Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate digital records, formatting educational content, and streamlining data entry processes. This role requires strong proficiency in standard office software and a working knowledge of modern AI tools to enhance productivity, content processing, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

- Document Management: Draft, format, and review study materials, correspondence, and internal reports using Microsoft Word.
- Data Organization & Analysis: Input, manage, and track large volumes of student or course data using Microsoft Excel. Utilize standard formulas, filters, and formatting to keep data organized and accessible.
- Presentation Design: Create clean, professional, and visually engaging slide decks for educational sessions and organizational meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- AI Integration: Leverage basic AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms) to assist with data formatting, content generation, and routine workflow automation.
- Platform Maintenance: Upload questions, course details,



and digital resources to internal applications and learning management systems accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Review data for errors, correct discrepancies, and ensure all digital content aligns with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated basic understanding of AI tools and how to apply them for practical workplace productivity.
- Typing & Accuracy: High-speed typing capabilities with a strict attention to detail to minimize data entry errors.
- Technical Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn recent digital platforms, apps, and internal communication systems.
- Language Skills: Comfort working with both English and regional language (e.g., Bengali) text for educational content.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
