- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change to support system updates.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple business system components.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with vendors and service management teams.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
