Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Skilled to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our reach by building relationships with educational institutions and driving our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools and colleges in and around Trichy to build partnerships and generate leads
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for study abroad programs
- Plan and execute on-ground events, seminars, and digital campaigns
- Coordinate with the counseling team to convert leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly targets for student walk-ins and enrollments




- Manage institutional tie-ups and represent Trinity Academy at events

Requirements:

- Education: Any Graduate degree
- Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication in English & Tamil
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills can apply.Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Education sector is a plus
- Willing to travel for field work
