About the Role
We are looking for a Process Associate – Sales Process who can confidently communicate with existing/internal clients, understand their requirements, provide suitable product or service solutions, and support the sales process from initial interaction through deal closure.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a confident personality, strong convincing abilities, and the ability to handle clients, follow up on opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with existing/internal clients and understand their requirements.
- Communicate with international/US clients and provide appropriate product or service information.
- Pitch and present company products/services based on client requirements.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regularly and support the process through successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure smooth client handling and sales processing.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to pitch products/services and close deals.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Product Sales, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Sales Process is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in an international client/customer-facing process will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with international/US clients.
- Willingness to work from office in Mohali.
