Job Overview

TCP International is looking for a Client Relationship Intern to provide administrative, organizational, and day-to-day support to a US-based client.

The role involves calendar management, scheduling, communication, follow-ups, documentation, data management, online research, and coordination of various tasks using business and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Handle email communication and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and significant commitments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records.
- Manage data using Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Assist with CRM/Salesforce and task management tools.
- Conduct online research and organize required information.
- Assist with basic website and email testing.
- Support documentation, content, video editing, and basic automation tasks when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.
- Perform other administrative, coordination,



and personal assistance tasks assigned by the client.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with computers, software, and online tools.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Professional and responsible approach to work.

Education

- Graduates or final-year students from Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, IT, or related fields can apply.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
