Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations

- Manage daily opening and closing activities of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all outlet operations.
- Monitor sales, customer service, product availability, and housekeeping.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of sweets, snacks, bakery items, and other products.
- Coordinate with the production/distribution team for timely product availability.

2. Staff Management

- Supervise Salesmen, Cashiers, Helpers, and other outlet staff.
- Allocate duties and shifts to employees.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Train employees on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Handle day-to-day employee issues and report major concerns to HR/management.

3. Customer Service

- Ensure customers receive prompt, polite, and qualified service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Promote products, special offers, combos, and seasonal products.

4. Cash & Billing Management

- Monitor billing and cash counter operations.
- Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.
- Verify daily sales reports and cash collections.
- Monitor UPI, card, cash, and other payment transactions.
- Report any cash shortage, excess, or billing discrepancy immediately.

5. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels and product availability.
- Check incoming products against delivery documents.




- Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Monitor product expiry, wastage, damage, and returns.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as required.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.

6. Food Safety & Hygiene

- Ensure the outlet follows company hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of display counters, refrigerators, storage areas, kitchen areas, and customer areas.
- Ensure employees follow proper personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Monitor product handling and storage temperatures where applicable.
- Follow GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company SOPs.

7. Outlet Maintenance & Security

- Ensure proper functioning of equipment, refrigerators, lights, AC, POS machines, CCTV, etc.
- Report maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure proper security and safety of stock, cash, equipment, and premises.
- Monitor fire-safety and emergency procedures.

8. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports.
- Maintain attendance, stock, wastage, returns, and cash records.
- Report customer complaints, staff issues, stock shortages, and operational problems to management.
- Maintain all outlet registers and required documents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
