Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day DRI plant operations from a mechanical perspective.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of Rotary Kiln, Cooler, and Material Handling Systems.
- Monitor equipment condition and identify mechanical abnormalities.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to kiln, cooler, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, fans, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and condition of critical equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams for smooth plant operation.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize mechanical breakdowns.
- Maintain shift-wise equipment and operational reports.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Supervise operators and technicians during shift operations.
- Support shutdown maintenance and major equipment maintenance activities.

Preferred Experience:

- Hands-on experience in DRI/Sponge Iron Plant.
- Positive knowledge of Rotary Kiln operation and mechanical equipment.
- Experience in plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown handling preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
