Job Summary

We are hiring E-commerce Executives to manage product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance on eBay.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce listing management, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of marketplace policies and product data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and manage product listings on eBay.
- Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and attributes.
- Set and update product pricing based on business requirements and market trends.
- Ensure all listings comply with eBay policies and marketplace guidelines.
- Regularly review and update live listings.
- Identify and correct listing errors and remove discontinued products.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team to ensure stock availability matches live listings.
- Monitor and resolve listing-related flags, errors, and compliance issues raised by eBay.
- Maintain accurate product and pricing data using MS Excel and other data management tools.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce listing or marketplace operations preferred.




- Hands-on experience with eBay will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace compliance and listing best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product listings and tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
