We are looking for Civil Engineering graduates with strong design and drafting skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and cordinating residential renovation, construction and interior-related drawings and supporting the project team from design development to execution.

Key responsibilities :

# Prepare accurate 2D architectural and civil drawings using AutoCAD.

# Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts and detailed working drawings.

# Convert design concepts and client requirements into practical, construction-ready drawings.

# Prepare drawings for renovation, residential construction and interior projects.

# Coordinate drawings with site engineers, designers and project teams.

# Make necessary revisions based on site conditions and project requirements.

# Visit project sites when required to understand existing conditions and verify measurements.

# Ensure drawings are accurate, clear and practical for execution.

# Assist in material quantity calculations and basic estimation when required.

# Maintain proper drawing files, revisions and project documentation.

# Support the team in developing new design ideas and practical solutions.

Required Skills :





# BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

# Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D drafting.

# Good understanding of architectural and civil drawings.

# Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

# Good spatial visualization and design sense.

# Knowledge of residential building construction and detailing.

# Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

# Attention to detail and accuracy.

# Good communication and coordination skills.

# Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

# Knowledge of autocad, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D design software.

# Experience in residential design, renovation or interior projects.

#Knowledge of quantity estimation and construction materials.

What We Are Looking For :

# We are looking for someone who can visualize a space, understand a design concept and convert it into a clear, practical drawing that can be executed at site.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Salary: As per industry standards and based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
