Job Title: *HR Manager* – Retail Operations

Location: Kochi, Kerala

*Role Summary:*

Oversee HR operations for a retail textile store, including staff hiring, training, statutory compliance, performance tracking, and employee relations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Hiring: Recruit sales staff, cashiers, supervisors, and seasonal festive teams.

* Training: Conduct onboarding for recent employees.

* Performance: Manage sales incentives, commission tracking, and evaluations.

* Employee Relations: Address grievances, monitor attendance, and improve staff retention.

* Compliance: Ensure local labor law adherence (PF, ESI, Shops Act) and assist payroll.

* Safety: Maintain store safety and health standards.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.

* 4–6 years HR experience (2+ years in retail/textiles).

* Fluent in Malayalam and English.

* Skilled in labor compliance, dispute resolution, and HR software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
