Job Summary

SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Registration Executive to handle vehicle registration processes and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of RTO procedures, document verification, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Process new vehicle registration and related RTO documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for collection and verification of required documents.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of registration applications.
- Maintain accurate records of registration status and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and insurance departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries related to vehicle registration and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in vehicle registration, documentation, or automobile dealership operations preferred.
- Knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle registration processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
