About Us

The Tiles House (thetileshouse.com) is a premium tile e-commerce brand shipping pan-India. We're a growing, quick-paced online retail business looking for a sharp, organized person to own our lead pipeline from first contact to quote.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound calls & leads — respond to customer queries about tiles, pricing, availability, and guide them through to a sale
- Manage WhatsApp Business messages — reply to customer queries, share catalogues, follow up on pending leads promptly
- Work leads from Shopify — track enquiries/orders coming through the store, follow up on abandoned carts or quote requests, keep lead status updated
- Make PIs (Proforma Invoices) — prepare accurate PIs for customers based on their tile/quantity requirements and confirm before order processing
- Follow-up discipline — systematically chase every open lead and quote until it converts or is closed out, nothing sits untouched
- Coordinate deliveries — book porters/local transport for confirmed orders, track dispatch and delivery status, resolve delivery issues




- Daily reporting — end-of-day summary of leads handled, PIs sent, and conversions to the founder

Who You Are

- Comfortable on the phone — confident, polite, doesn't fumble under pressure
- Fluent in Hindi and working English (spoken + written) — most calls/WhatsApp will be in Hindi/Hinglish
- Basic computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Gmail; comfortable learning Shopify admin
- Organized and detail-oriented — won't let a lead or a follow-up slip through
- Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, retail sales, or e-commerce support is a plus (not mandatory)
- Lives within a reasonable commute of [insert office/warehouse location]
- Nice to HaveExperience with Shopify or any e-commerce/CRM back-office
- Experience preparing quotations/invoices (PI, proforma, sales order)
- Prior experience in building materials/interiors/real estate-adjacent business

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
