About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Regional Manager to join our team in

real estate finance. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building

strong relationships with potential developers, and real estate finance consultants, and helping structure

transactions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to negotiate terms, ensure all agreements comply

with financial regulations, and manage the sales pipeline to meet our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Lead Generation and Prospecting: Originate & source potential leads in MMR region who need real estate

financing directly or indirectly.

❖ Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust connections with Financial Intermediaries,

Investment Bankers & CA’s.

❖ Deal Structuring: Assess project viability and create financing solutions.

❖ Negotiation: Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules with borrower.

❖ Deal Execution Exposure: Demonstrated experience in handling and funding 20 – 25 lending cases,

ensuring smooth execution and understanding of end-to-end credit process.

❖ Portfolio Management: Monitor loan portfolios, assess risks, and manage client relationships to maintain

business.

❖ Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate projects, including pro





forma statements and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, to assess investment viability, optimize

financing structures, and support strategic decision-making in business development.

❖ Feasibility Report: Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports by analysing market trends, financial

projections, and project risks to assess the viability of real estate investments and support strategic business

decisions.

❖ Team Management and Experience: Experience in setting individual and team KPIs, monitoring

performance, and driving accountability.

Education and Experience:

❖ Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate finance, preferably with a focus on business development.

❖ MBA / CA / CFA preferred.

Location & Work shifts:

❖ Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

❖ Working hours: 10am-7pm

❖ Working days: Monday-Friday, 1st & 3rd Saturday would be working

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
