About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRBP functions and the ability to work closely with business teams to support employee engagement, performance, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Handle HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Identify workforce requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of overall HR experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HRBP experience preferred.
- Candidates with 3 years of experience may also be considered, provided they have relevant HRBP experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders.
