Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and persuasive EdTech Sales Executive who can connect with students/parents, understand their educational needs, recommend suitable programs, and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and virtual interactions.
- Counsel students/parents about courses, programs, fees and career opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Handle objections related to fees, course structure, duration and other concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.




- Build strong relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience. Skills Required
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience in EdTech Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Academic Counselling will be an advantage.
- Fluency in hindi and english is mandatory.
