Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, and Inventory Management

Qualification

- Qualified CMAs are also welcome to apply
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance / B.Com
- Robust experience in Accounting, Finance, Inventory Accounting and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Tally or similar ERP systems preferred

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's accounting, finance, inventory accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting

- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping functions.
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Registers.
- Ensure accurate accounting of all financial transactions.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.




- Prepare financial statements and schedules for management review.

Inventory Accounting & Control

- Maintain accurate inventory records in Zoho Inventory / ERP.
- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
- Monitor stock movements, adjustments and inventory valuations.
- Maintain inventory ageing reports.

Financial Reporting & MIS

- Assist and prepare MIS reports, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements.
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights.

GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Assist in GST Returns, TDS Returns and other statutory compliances.
- Perform GST reconciliations and ITC reviews.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate with auditors and maintain audit documentation.
- Develop SOPs and strengthen internal controls.

Banking & Working Capital Management

- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow forecasts.

Software Skills:

- Zoho Books
- Zoho Inventory
- Tally Prime
- Microsoft Office
