Job Description: We are seeking a highly articulate and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our marketing team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with students and parents in school and college settings. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for education and a talent for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Counseling: Provide exceptional counseling to students, clearly explaining our course details and helping them align their creative aspirations with our programs.
- Field Marketing: Actively visit schools and colleges to conduct presentations and interactive sessions, engaging directly with students and faculty.
- Lead Generation:



Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive admissions.
- Relationship Building: Forge robust relationships with educational institutions and prospective students to build a robust network.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the center director and management to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institute.

Qualifications:

- Education: An MBA in Marketing is required. Freshers with a passion for sales and education are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
- A persuasive and empathetic approach to counseling.
- A proactive, goal-oriented, and energetic mindset.
