Pure Crop Organic Store, based in Kadavanthra, Kochi, is looking for a responsible and energetic full time store assistant to join our team. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things neat, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with purchases and product information
- Handle billing using our POS system
- Restock shelves and maintain display arrangements
- Keep the store clean and well-organized
- Support daily store operations and help teammates as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Plus Two or equivalent qualification
- Friendly and polite communication skills
- Basic knowledge of billing machines/POS (training will be provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to communicate in both English and Malayalam




- Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi (on-site)
- Work Days: 6 days/week with 1 day off
- Timing: Day shift
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
- Start Date: Immediate or as per mutual agreement
