We are looking for an Tellecaller, Who have experience in 1+ years with good communication skills.

Location pefer: Candidates should be based near Anna Nagar

Experience: Min 1+ year

Salary: 27k+incentives

Qualification: Any Degree

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Monday to Saturday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Sunday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekday off: One weekday off per week, since Sunday will be a working day

Job Description

Synergy Healthcare & Wellness is looking for responsible and dedicated Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients.

● Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns.

● Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up actions in Excel and other systems.

● Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.

● Ensure accountability by managing tasks independently and minimizing absenteeism. Qualifications & Requirements:

● Hindi is Mandatory, Tamil, English

● Chennai-based and able to work in office.

● Flexible working hours,



including occasional Sundays.

● Tech-friendly and comfortable using Excel, CRM, and other digital tools.

● 1+ years of experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.

● Responsive, productive, and committed to long-term employment.

● Young professionals under the age of 35, motivated to learn and adapt to new tools.

● Adaptable to handle a high volume of clients while maintaining accuracy.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
