We’re Hiring | Interior Fit-Out & Finishes Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out & Finishes Manager to join our team for Industrial Infrastructure, Housing, and Showroom Projects in Guinea (Africa).

Experience: 10–15 YearsLocation: Guinea (Africa)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and finishing works across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Supervise flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, joinery, glazing, doors, and decorative finishes.
- Ensure quality, snagging/de-snagging, inspections, and successful project handover.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and technical submissions.
- Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and timely project delivery.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out & Architectural Finishes.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, showroom, or industrial projects.
- Robust knowledge of interior finishes, quality control, contractor coordination, and project execution.
- International/Africa project experience will be an advantage.
